Any photos, videos, or detailed description of the circumstances surrounding the issue are extremely helpful in the evaluation and repair process. Please send any relevant materials to techsupport@prestoncinema.com

Limited Service

Due to a lack of repair parts, we can only offer limited service on the following products:

  • Micro Force V+F2
  • Digital Micro Force 1
End of Life

The following products are no longer supported and no service will be provided:

  • MDR-2
  • FIZ I system (MDR-1, HU1, Transmitter I)
  • Transmitter II
  • G3 wireless PCBs (older MDR-2s, HU3s and Focus/Irises)
  • Micro Force V+F
  • Micro Force 12/24V
Limited Warranty
What does the limited warranty cover?

For new units, the limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Preston Cinema Systems (PCS) will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

For repaired units, PCS will repair, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective due to services previously rendered or if the initial underlying issue continues to persist, under normal use and maintenance.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for products purchased from PCS is one year from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part assumes a new warranty period of one year as well from the date of replacement or repair.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
